Is a Deposit Required to Book a Wedding or Renewal Service?
A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation. The deposit is subtracted from the total.
How Do I Check for Availability?
If your time is not flexible at all, please check with the chapel for availability prior to making your reservation. We strongly recommend this because your deposit is non-refundable.

What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?
For deposits at the time of booking, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
How Much Cash Should I Bring for Tips and Fees?
Minister’s fee of $60 is required for an official marriage ceremony ( Minister fee is not required for an Elvis Renewal or a commitment ceremony) There is a customary minimum tip for Elvis and the photographer (Suggested $60 each). Please bring the appropriate cash with you.
What about Taxes?
Nevada state sales tax of 8.38% may apply to your total.
How Many People Do You Allow in the Chapel?
Our chapel capacity is 60 people; however, you can only have a certain number of guests for each package.
Can I Bring More Guests with Me?
Yes, you can. An additional guest fee will apply.
Do Kids count as guests?
Yes, Kids do count as guests. No guest fee is required for infants.
Can I Add Elvis to My Traditional Wedding Package?
Yes, you can add Elvis to sing up to 2 songs during the ceremony for an additional $200.
Can I Upgrade My Flowers?
Yes, please call the chapel directly for flower options and prices.
Do I Need a Marriage License or Other Paperwork to Have a Renewal of Vows Service or a Commitment Ceremony?
You do not need a marriage license for a Renewal of Vows or Commitment ceremony with Elvis.
Is “Elvis” an Actual Minister?
Our “Elvis” tribute artist is a licensed minister and registered by the State of Nevada and Clark County.
May I Bring My Own Minister?
Our ministers are licensed by the State of Nevada. Additional fees will apply for bringing your own Nevada licensed minister.
May We Write Our Own Vows for Our Traditional Wedding?
Our ministers/Elvis perform a beautiful ceremony. You may add additional vows to what the minister is already planning to say, but we ask that you keep them to less than 1 minute per person.
May We Take Video and Photos with Our Own Cameras During the Ceremony?
We do allow camera phones with some of our package deals. (No Videography) Please refer to the Package Details on our website.
May We Do Anything We Want with the Video and Photos That We Receive from You?
The videos, photos, and images that the chapel gives you will be yours to use, copy, print, or alter as you wish. We also retain the right to use them on our website, on YouTube, or in other advertisements unless you request in writing that we don’t use them.
May I Bring Champagne or Other Alcoholic Beverages?
We are not licensed to have alcohol in the chapel.
Are Pets Allowed?
Only service animals are allowed. Please Call the chapel directly prior to your reservation to ask about requirement.
If I Want to Look at the Chapel, Do I Need to Make an Appointment?
Please call 1-702-383-5909. to make an appointment to see the chapel. We are committed to keeping our weddings private.
What are the Closest Hotels to You?
We are a mile from the Stratosphere and downtown hotels. We are located in the heart of the Art District and less than a mile away from the Stratosphere Hotel and Fremont Street.
When Is My Final Payment Due?
Your final payment is due seven days before your ceremony.
What if I Need to Cancel My Reservation?
The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations with less than seven days’ notice will NOT be refundable.
What are Your Business Hours?
We are open Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and on Sundays, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Marriage License FAQs
What Do I Need to Know about the Marriage License for My Legal (Official) Wedding?
The Marriage Bureau is located at 201 Clark Ave, on the corner of 3rd Street and Clark Ave. It is at the Clark County Regional Justice Center (also known as the New Courthouse). Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 12 midnight, seven days a week. The cost is $102, and no appointment is necessary.
All you need is one form of ID, such as a driver’s license or passport. There is no waiting period in the State of Nevada, and no blood test is required.
Pre-registering is encouraged, so click here to pre-register.
Both parties must be present. If you are divorced, it must be final. You must know the month, year, city, and state in which the divorce was finalized.
If you are under the age of 18 and over the age of 16, you must have parental consent. (If you are under the age of 16, please call the Clark County Marriage Bureau for information)

I Need My Certified Copy as Soon as Possible. What Should I Do?

Can I Have a Fun Wedding Ceremony without Any Legal Papers?
Yes. You can choose from any of our packages for a “Commitment Ceremony.”
